I'm Tayla. I work full-time as an AI Systems Coach, where I help agency owners and their teams build real AI workflows into the way they work. Before that, I spent years in startup growth, talent and operations, figuring out how small teams deliver exceptional work without the big headcount or budgets.
I've spent the last 12 months going deep on AI, specifically Claude, for my content strategy, writing, research and operations. In the space of 3 weeks I grew from a few hundred readers to an audience of 40k+across Instagram and my newsletter, landed my current job, and built most of the systems running behind Dangerously Educated. All using the same Claude setup I'm sharing with you.
What I've found is that AI is at its most powerful when you build real systems around it (and pretty much useless when you don't). This newsletter, and my Claude MBA series, is my attempt to document what those systems look like in practice.
I haven't figured it all out. I don't think anyone using AI has. But I'm writing from 6 to 12 months ahead of where you are, sharing what works, what doesn't, the money you can make and the time you can actually save with these tools.
